My Coaching Philosophy can briefly be summed up in the following:
- Training at practice like during the actual game
- Practice to perfection soccer situations which are most repeated during the game
- If we want to prepare a really good practice for the kids , we must have knowledge about their biological and physchological development
- Without coordination excercises, technical abilities of each player will always be low
- Each paractice session must be developmental for the players
- A good practice will make the player happy and promote self esteem
- The best teacher for the coach is the game
- Soccer is education, you have to methodically teach step by step and learn piece by piece
- Work on Speed (perception, anticipation, reaction) as a basic element of temporary game and complex ability, composed of many psychological, cognative and motor abilities
- Success between the ages of U6-U13 is not seen through a win or lose record, rather the development and contineud improvement of the individual and the team. Winning is important, but more important is winning the right way which means preparing players for College and Professional Soccer technically, tactically, physically and psychologically
